Raeilin (NPC)

Ethereals are allowed all sorts of powers, with basically no limitations.

Like most Ethereals, Rae has white hair and pale skin, both of which seem to glow or shimmer. He has deep, dark magenta eyes, bordering on red, which also seem to give off a glow on some occasions. He dresses fairly well, old fashioned, poofy white shirt under some sort of vest, usually a scarf around his neck, and a sash around his waist, as well as old fashioned Victorian styled boots. He usually stands around 5'8", with a lean sort of build. But his height varies with his mood. He has very soft, almost feminine features, which draw even more attention to him, as if he didn't stand out enough as it is.

If someone was ever around just to fuck shit up because they're bored, it would be this guy right here. He is very easily bored, and purposely goes around stirring up trouble and causing chaos, just to amuse himself. He can be quite charming, and rather easy to talk to, but that doesn't mean that he's listening. Just like he can be a massive flirt, but that doesn't mean that he's going to sleep with you. Because he doesn't really play that way. Now, make you trip over yourself or cause you to get into fights with your friends, or total strangers, maybe make you pass out on the dance floor or maybe just make a total and complete idiot of yourself. That he would do. Rae has an interest in violence, and he's utterly fascinate by humans and their need to destroy everything that they touch.

Rae is an Ethereal. This means, essentially, he's older than time. A looooong long time ago, he was on a council, debating what to do with Terra, watching his brother completely walk away from all of it and help the Daemons retreat to a new realm, Rae'ilin decided to take over Terra, as no one else really wanted it. For awhile he accepted help purging the pure daemons from his realm, and for awhile there, he was a good little Ethereal, doing his job, making sure everything ran smoothly. Of course, one day he decided "Fuck it. They're on their own." And went into a sort of stasis. From there, the humans destroyed themselves and everything along with them. But it wasn't like he cared.

And then one day, he felt something. A disturbance of sorts, shaking through the world. Ethereal power. Of course, he decided to go and check it out. He checked on the rift, taking as stroll through it, visiting his brother. And now he's on the search for one of his sisters. Anan'diel.
