Sinclaire, Shinra (NPC)

Shinra come in around 6'5" and 200ish pounds. He's usually seen in a black suit with a black tie, though it's usually loose, if he even bothers wearing it. Most of his outfit is kept rather loose, not looking professional unless he has no choice. His long red hair is usually pulled back in a ponytail and for some reason, he often has dark goggles resting on his head. He has bright green eyes. Shinra's left ears is pierced, and usually has a silver loop in it, though occasionally it will be a diamond stud. He also has tattoos basically everywhere on his body, as well as two small red ones, lines under his eyes. No one really knows why he decided to do that, but it works for him. He also has a silver cross on a chain around his neck, like most members of the Onyx Crosses, though he usually tried to keep it tucked under his shirt.

On the outside, or to people he doesn't know very well, Shinra is rather mellow. He seems serious and somewhat respectful. And he's all about the business, not usually straying far from whatever topic he's on. But once you get to know him, he's the most sarcastic asshole on the planet. He loves to poke fun in inappropriate ways, especially towards his brother or his cousin. But still, he usually remains an exterior cool. He gets pretty annoyed by his brother, and isn't afraid to play pranks on him, or randomly set him on fire. He's pretty fearless, but years in the mafia has done that to him. He always seems to be rather paranoid, always looking over his shoulder, but again, he's been involved with some fairly bad people.

Shinra's life started out easy enough. His parents had decided to settle down when they found out they were having a son. For the first 5 years of his life, he was spoiled relentlessly. But then, his baby brother was born. He loved Adrian, even if it meant he was getting less attention. But his parents were both hard working people anyways, so the boys usually stayed with a nanny. For another five or so years they played with one another, but then, their little cousin was born and they often got together to play with him. Though Shinra wasn't nearly as close with Aryn as Adrian was, something about the ten year difference in their ages.

When he was 16, he changed his name to Shinra, after getting rather heavily involved with the Yakuza. He hung out with the wrong sorts of crowds, started taking and dealing drugs, and was almost never home. His parents disowned him and he moved to Japan to be closer to his friends and their families. He ran with the mafia for quite some time, working his was up from simple drug runner to weapons dealer.

By then, he had heard that Adrian and his parents had also moved to Japan, and he would often stalk his younger brother at school, not that he ever dared to make contact. Still, he wanted to make sure that he was safe. When disaster fell, Shinra went straight to finding his brother. It took him a few weeks, but eventually he found him in a hospital, in a coma. He had been stranded in the rubble of a building, and had suffered from crush syndrome. They weren't sure if he was ever going to come out of it. But still he kept him alive.

After a year, he got the call that his brother was awake and rushed over to the hospital. Once Adrian was healthy enough to move, he took his brother and moved to Tokyo. They lived there for awhile before Shinra wound up in jail. While he had been in jail, Adrian packed up and moved away with what little that he had. After about a year, Shinrah found himself being bailed out of jail by an albino gentleman, requesting his services in London. Of course, he took the job, and lived with his brother in London for a long while.

But after a few months, Kyrarei had a new opportunity for him accompany Finnian to America. His brother tagged along, but decided to stay in New Orleans.

Shinra visits from time to time on errands for Kyrarei and to visit his brother.


Power 1: Doppleganger; Mastered

The ability to turn into an exact copy of someone else, via touch.
This ability is his most useful skill, often beating the shit out of someone, or knocking them out, in order to take their place at certain meetings, or using it to help gather information.

Power 2: Pyrokinesis; Mastered

The ability to control fire.

If he gets into a lot of trouble, he can always just burn the shit out of people.

Power 3: Super Strength; Advanced

The ability to demonstrate inhuman bouts of strength.

He can lift up to 800 pounds without any real strain, up to 1500 with a bit of strain. Usually that makes his body rather sore. Nothing a hot bath and some aspirin can't fix though.
