[/PTab]Main Abilities Power 1: Summoning. Power Level: Master The ability to summon forth a being or object. Rayne uses this ability to summon a full grown white Bengal tiger. Though he is part of Rayne's summoning ability, the male things of him more as a pet and has even gone as far as naming him: Zeus. Rayne could summon other things, but rarely does, only doing so if he has forgotten something that he needs. Power 2: Memory Manipulation. Power Level: Advanced The ability to change a person's memories through touch. He has the ability to change your memories to his will. He can make you forget something and think that something else happened instead. Rayne rarely to never uses this ability, unless he feels he absolutely needs to. He sees no reason to change people's memories. Power 3: Siren Song. Power Level: Advanced The ability to lure and influence people with the sound of your voice. Rayne as the ability to attract and influence people using the sound of his voice. It works best if he is singing, though it can be used if he speaks in a certain tone. [attr="class","temptabinf"]Rayne is a friendly and fun-loving male who is never indecisive about anything. If he wants to do something, or wants to gain something he will do it or go after it without hesitation. His determination knows no bounds, and he is too stubborn to ever really give up on anything. This could stem from his spoiled nature, as a man who is not used to ever being told no, or that he couldn't have something. At times it results in some childish tantrums.
He is quite smart, though occasionally ditzy at the same time. While he is book and business smart he can sometimes lack common sense and even the simplest of things will go over his head. As carefree as he can seem, he is entirely serious about work and will never joke when it comes to matters about business. He can be a bit moody, shifting from one feeling to the next, but one constant is his flirtatious ways. He enjoys flirting with people and making them blush or uncomfortable, thinking it is quite amusing. This does however, make it difficult to tell when he is actually in to you, and when he is simply being himself.

[attr="class","temptabinf2"]Rayne is rather tall standing at about 6'4" in height. He has a slender build though he is kept in great shape, his body toned nicely. He has deep red hair, maroon in color which is kept on the shorter side in a shaggy cut. He has heterochromia iridum with a very unique color combination his left eye being lavender and his right eye being an icy blue color.
Rayne is a fan of fashion, though he does not follow all the trends. He greatly enjoys wearing tight pants that show off basically everything and shirts that are low v-necks or button downs that he leaves half way unbuttoned. He enjoys accessories though there are a few he is never seen without, most important being a pinky ring on his left hand, platinum with the words "liberi fatali" engraved into it, and a long cross necklace which he will simply add other necklaces to.

[attr="class","temptabinf3"]Born in Berlin, Germany to a German mother who was an agent for Bundesnachrichtendienst (BND) and a Japanese father who was a Yakuza boss, Rayne grew up with a very interesting life. He would live his formative years in Germany with both of his parents, but it wouldn't work out due to their professions. So when he was 5 he moved with his mother to Paris, and then he would move again when he was 10 to Korea with his father. He would only be able to spend two years here before he would be shipped off to his mother again at age 12 to New York City.
Finally Rayne would find some stability since he was in school, both parents would decide it would be best for him to remain in one place for awhile. Rayne got accepted into a fashion school, which he would attend in lieu of a regular high school, which he excelled greatly in. He graduated early and decided to move back to Japan with his father at age 17 for college. In university, Rayne decided he would pursue a degree in business management instead of fashion, knowing it would make it easier for him to start his own.
In his schooling career, he would go to study abroad in Korea for a year where he would meet Shin and become close friends. Unfortunately he'd return to Japan and keep in touch mostly via email or the ocassional text message. Graduating university early as well thanks to testing out of some of his credits, Rayne was ready to take on the world. With his father's influence and money he was able to make a small start up for his own clothing label. Of course it wasn't without stipulation, he would need to accept any clients that his father referred to him.
At age twenty one, Rayne would attempt to expand his clothing label to Europe. Thankfully it was well received and he moved to London to set up a new shop there, living there while opening it. One of his best clients met through his father happened to live there as well, and honestly Rayne loves creating custom clothes for him, calling it his muse for his fashion lines.
While in London he had been able to met many influential people to help his cause including the Princess of Terrhan. Here he was able to gather some of the most beautiful materials and design dresses for beings more beautiful than anything he had ever come across. This put him into a bit of a slump design wise when he went back to designing for his regular line. It took almost a year to get his groove back, and thought of changing his scenery.
On a trip to Paris for fashion week, he would meet an American who was visiting family, Jean Luc. The two would become fast friends and eventually Rayne would decide to open a new boutique in New Oreleans, taking up Jean Luc's hospitality offer and living with him as he did. Eventually it would be revealed what exactly Jean Luc was and Rayne would agree to a contract with him, out of sheer whim to do so. Now he continues to live in New Orleans with Jean Luc, creating whatever fashions come to him.
